Yup one of my favorite characters in MLP FiM, Luna.

I know it was Luna, but when I look at the photo I take on the Luna cosplayer, I thought it was Nightmare Moon hehe... But it was actually Luna.
The costume is fantastic! Cool!!!

Like I said:
"Anyone in the world can cosplay, it doesn't matter about size, age, shape, race, complexion, gender, sexuality, etc… As long as the person is nice and respectful and not causing harm, that’s what matters…"

Luna is a face, not a heel unless if its Nightmare Moon.

I use my camera. And then I edit it with tool apps in my computer.
